Objekt 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central nalazi se u Dubaiju, na 19 min hoda od znamenitosti Konferencijski centar Dubai World Trade Centre, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži vanjski bazen, besplatno... We arrived very early morning into the hotel (by metro from the airport). It was really hot, but it was easy to find (cca 10-15 minutes from the metro station). The receptionist welcomed us with a huge smile and it was great to experience the hospitality. We checked in quickly and an amazing room was assigned to us on floor 4. Until we waited for our room, we had a nice coffee and also Yasmin, the manager came and also welcomed us very kindly😊 The room was amazing! The cleaning team (Ali - I apologies if I miss to mention someone who also did a great job during our stay - and all of the team members were invisible, only the result was visible) came every day and made an awesome job! We really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 6th floor with the fantastic view to the “most beautiful building on earth”! We tried all the restaurants (Ernst was the favorite😊), Bars and the room service as well. All were genius and covered all the flavor what we loved! I would like to mention the Breakfasts! The ladies, who welcomed us every morning were amazing! Very kind, very patient, very organized. Fresh omlette and shakshuka was really delicious every day, but everything very nice and delicious (bread pudding was one of the best😊) We also lost our cell phone in a taxi, but Frances and the security team helped us a lot to file a claim, to get the taxi plate number and to get the phone back within 2 hours! Obviously RTA was also very supportive, so a huge thanks for everyone once again. I had no doubt that we will get it back, it was only the question of time! We met with Royal Adventures in the lobby via Zohaib, who provided us a very kind support (tickets, tours) So I would like to say a huge thanks for all the Hotel employees for their kindness and hospitability what we never experienced before during our travels (different countries). We will try to go back, I am sure, so hopefully we will see everyone again soon!

The staff were extremely kind and friendly, with special attention given to children. Many thanks to the restaurant team, especially one gentleman (unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but I believe he was a supervisor) who took the time to talk with my child about dinosaurs — a moment we truly appreciated. The entertainment team was wonderful as well. My little boy had an amazing time and felt very comfortable; even though he doesn’t speak English, he happily took part in the activities and was warmly included. The entire complex is clean and beautifully designed. The entertainment areas, playgrounds, and dinosaurs truly immerse you in a Jurassic World story, making it a perfect destination for children who love dinosaurs — and not only for them. Even we, the adults, absolutely fell in love with this place. The rooms look exactly like in the presentation photos. Since the accommodation is a tent-style lodge, outside noises can be heard, so guests who are extremely sensitive to sound should keep this in mind. However, throughout our entire stay, we did not experience any noise-related issues. The food at the restaurant was exceptionally tasty and of high quality. Overall, the stay was exactly what we had hoped for. Congratulations to the entire team! Our 7-year-old son said it was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at — and that says it all.
