From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by Hazem, who made us feel at home right away. His hospitality was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. The tent was absolutely stunning—so authentic and beautifully designed, offering the perfect balance between comfort and a truly immersive desert experience. Every detail felt carefully thought out, giving us a glimpse into the rich Bedouin heritage. A special mention to Abood, who was responsible for the camel riding experience. He made it truly unforgettable and even took some amazing pictures of us during sunrise—a moment we will cherish forever! A very special thanks to Zaheer, who spent the evening with us, sharing fascinating insights and stories about the desert, its traditions, and history. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made our stay even more enriching. Not to mention, he served us some of the best food—delicious, fresh, and full of flavor! The entire experience at Al Marmoom Oasis felt magical. From the breathtaking surroundings to the genuine hospitality of the team, it was an unforgettable adventure. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and unique desert experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

Located in Dubai, 1.6 km from Dubai World Trade Centre, 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We arrived very early morning into the hotel (by metro from the airport). It was really hot, but it was easy to find (cca 10-15 minutes from the metro station). The receptionist welcomed us with a huge smile and it was great to experience the hospitality. We checked in quickly and an amazing room was assigned to us on floor 4. Until we waited for our room, we had a nice coffee and also Yasmin, the manager came and also welcomed us very kindly😊 The room was amazing! The cleaning team (Ali - I apologies if I miss to mention someone who also did a great job during our stay - and all of the team members were invisible, only the result was visible) came every day and made an awesome job! We really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 6th floor with the fantastic view to the “most beautiful building on earth”! We tried all the restaurants (Ernst was the favorite😊), Bars and the room service as well. All were genius and covered all the flavor what we loved! I would like to mention the Breakfasts! The ladies, who welcomed us every morning were amazing! Very kind, very patient, very organized. Fresh omlette and shakshuka was really delicious every day, but everything very nice and delicious (bread pudding was one of the best😊) We also lost our cell phone in a taxi, but Frances and the security team helped us a lot to file a claim, to get the taxi plate number and to get the phone back within 2 hours! Obviously RTA was also very supportive, so a huge thanks for everyone once again. I had no doubt that we will get it back, it was only the question of time! We met with Royal Adventures in the lobby via Zohaib, who provided us a very kind support (tickets, tours) So I would like to say a huge thanks for all the Hotel employees for their kindness and hospitability what we never experienced before during our travels (different countries). We will try to go back, I am sure, so hopefully we will see everyone again soon!
