There is a nice common room, warm and cozy, with a great kitchen, lot of big tables for eating, chating or watching a movie every night at 9. The bathroom is super clean. The campsite is not too big, the staff is super nice and the view over the city is incredible! It’s only 3 minutes by walk from the bus station and a supermarket. It’s 15/20 minutes from the city center. Wifi is also super good, in the common room and outside. You can rent a locker during your stay or during your trek in Torres del Paine. They also offer laundry and bike rental.

The place is amazing as well as the owner Nicole who is always there facilitating her guests. She gave us very useful tips for visiting the national park and is willing to answer any questions you ask. The common area is well-organized, has enough natural light, and very clean.

Everything was impeccably organized, clean, and thoughtfully designed. This is not just a camping site, but a complete experience that makes your stay in Torres del Paine truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for more—everything was perfect. Highly, highly recommended to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in one of the most beautiful places on Earth!

Superb staff. Damaris and the Chef looked after us amazingly well. What an attractive set up, small but stunning. We absolutely loved it and even went back for dinner on our anniversary despite having left the lodge and they welcomed us back with open arms. Can’t forget the warmth and the ambience of the place. Five star cuisine. It’s a hidden gem.

The location was gorgeous, the service was impeccable, the range of excursions was perfect, and I absolutely loved our yurt.

Loved my experience at this site just outside of TDP. It was easy to check in and the tents were a good size. The mattresses were fairly comfortable and the bedding was sufficient to keep you warm overnight. The reception provides you with a heating pad over night as well which was very useful. Facilities were good and clean and not far from our site. The restaurant on site is phenomenal so don't worry if you aren't the "camping" type. We rented cook equipment from Puerto Natales but only used it for our breakfast. Stayed 2 nights and had dinner in the restaurant both nights well worth it. The pizza is fantastic. If you aren't a "trekker" and still want to experience TDP without having to do the O or the W trek this is a great option and you can do parts of the trek and smaller hikes as an option.
