I stayed there few nights because i needed some rest after my trek and this camping was just perfect for this. There is a nice common room, warm and cozy, with a great kitchen, lot of big tables for eating, chating or watching a movie every night at 9. The bathroom is super clean. The campsite is not too big, the staff is super nice and the view over the city is incredible! It’s only 3 minutes by walk from the bus station and a supermarket. It’s 15/20 minutes from the city center. Wifi is also super good, in the common room and outside. You can rent a locker during your stay or during your trek in Torres del Paine. They also offer laundry and bike rental.

Location was at centre of all shopping complex,host Nicole & team was very accommodating & very genuine as with all locals in Puerto Natalles.Its a very unique set up if you're into camping & meeting like minded people regarding tackling the "O" or "W" track especially if one couldn't make reservation for campsites,Nicole was very helpful in negotiating this problem with me as she herself & husband are both pro hikers themselves.I have no negative but all praise for their professionalism & dedication towards their business but foremost in looking after their clients & their well being while being there.Cheers Nicole

It’s the perfect base for exploring the park, while also being a peaceful and magical place to relax and reconnect with nature. And then there’s the food—outstanding! The cuisine was delicious, carefully prepared, and far better than anything we could have imagined for a camping experience. Every meal was a highlight and a true pleasure after long days of hiking. Everything was impeccably organized, clean, and thoughtfully designed. This is not just a camping site, but a complete experience that makes your stay in Torres del Paine truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for more—everything was perfect. Highly, highly recommended to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in one of the most beautiful places on Earth!

A unidade tem 1 cama. Camping Río Serrano - Caja Los Andes oferece um jardim e um restaurante, e está em em Torres del Paine, a 47 km de Laguna Amarga e a 15 km de Salto Chico. Loved my experience at this site just outside of TDP. It was easy to check in and the tents were a good size. The mattresses were fairly comfortable and the bedding was sufficient to keep you warm overnight. The reception provides you with a heating pad over night as well which was very useful. Facilities were good and clean and not far from our site. The restaurant on site is phenomenal so don't worry if you aren't the "camping" type. We rented cook equipment from Puerto Natales but only used it for our breakfast. Stayed 2 nights and had dinner in the restaurant both nights well worth it. The pizza is fantastic. If you aren't a "trekker" and still want to experience TDP without having to do the O or the W trek this is a great option and you can do parts of the trek and smaller hikes as an option.
