All, everything is perfect, the hospitality, staff very very friendly, very close from the temples but if you don't want walk, the hotel has a tuk tuk. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. If you are looking a real Nubian experience, this is the place. We lost the 1st night and the owner offered stay one night more. The road to Abu Simbel is close for tourists at 5pm so if you arrive in Aswan late (between 4-5 pm)to be pickup by a taxi, is impossible you can go to Abu Simbel, is better you stay one night in Aswan and Next day Go. You can arrange everything with the hotel, taxi and stay one night in Aswan, also they have a new beautiful nubio hotel in Aswan. Thank you very much to owner and all team Kabara Nubian House.

This tent features a shared bathroom, a dining area and garden views. The unit offers 1 futon. All the glowing reviews are accurate. This was a magnificent find. From the huge breakfast to the 24hr open rooftop with hammock and kitchen. On the edge of the desert with views of the Nile. The train station directly across. Tombs of the Nobles at your doorstep. No peddling just an authentic space and experience. I wasn't keen on sharing a bathroom but the layout etc made it all seamless. I expect the price to increase dramatically soon. So if you want to experience it and it is an experience, do it soon.

Good vibes from the entrance,the owner and his wife and all the stuff working there are super nice,welcoming,helping, the location is super calm I got my tent just in front of the river, it was clean ,the blanket as well, shower ,wc are clean. Food is from the garden, Not to be missed : was having tea around the fire at night, Definitely going back to little bit of heaven, Supper flexible for the check in and out. اجمل مكان زرته بمصر،واطيب ناس قابلتهم ، المكان جميل وهادئ ونظيف والثمن معقول.

يقع مكان إقامة "Nubian Farm Aswan" في أسوان ويوفر واي فاي مجاني، كما يدعو الضيوف للاستمتاع بحديقة، ومنطقة شاطئ خاص، وتراس. After a few hiccups the shuttle boat found me at the dock and ferried to the site, in the dark by moonlight. I was shown to my room which was quite acceptable but then told I'd been upgraded and found myself in a large appartment which could easily sleep 6. Outside was a table and chairs and plenty of space to relax. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The next morning I was asked where I would like breakfast, apparently you can have it in the room, outside at your own seating area or as I did at the outside tables at the front of the property looking out over the Nile. They say breakfast should be a main meal of the day and this certainly was filling me up until dinner and it was delicious, very pleasantly surprised. As the name says this is a farm and that includes dogs, cats, horse, donkey and crocodiles (yes you did read that right). It didn't take me long to totally relax in the beautiful setting and realise I wanted to extend my stay. That night we asked to have a Nubian dinner and weren't disappointed, they certainly know how to feed you. There is a sand hill that you can climb at the back of the property and watch the beautiful sunset. Trips: we went by motorboat to the Nubian village for a wander and shop, a very pretty decorated place. On return we realised it is possible to walk there and we did walk part way along the river to a beach area and swam in the very cold Nile. I expressed that I liked going along the river and it was suggested would I like to go sailing. The sail boat was laid out with comfortable cushions, bottles of water and a tray of tea/coffee and breadsticks was provided. Sailing for approx 2.5 hours viewing the river bank and relaxing so tranquil. The staff were so accommodating all you had to do was ask if you wanted anything or wanted to visit somewhere and they would arrange it to your schedule. All in all I was very surprised by this place and have come home totally relaxed by my stay. Highly recommend.
