The villas with swimming pool are very well located, only a few steps from the beach. The orientation of our villa, nr 468, is one of the best because if the sun shines, our swimming pool and terrace has sun the whole day which is not the case with villas in front of ours. The swimming pool was cleaned every day. I am not sure if the pool was heated or not but its water was warm enough to enjoy in September. Despite the small surface of the villa, it was very well designed and provided everything you need for a week of vacation, such as kitchen utensils, dishes, salt, pepper, olive oil, Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules, tea, etc. One of the best beaches to enjoy watching the sunset I’ve ever been. Also, food at the restaurant was great. Grilled squid and grilled sea bream were amazing. Last but not least, the Aqua Park and fitness facilities are amazing, they are truly valued added on top of things I mentioned above. I also met very nice people working there, not to mention, Grac, the guy responsible for the Aqua Park, whom I met at the fitness room, the concierge and the young lady responsible for bikes, scooters and sport equipments.

Location of this place is perfect - literally. It is located in a small bay surrounded with beautiful nature and lots pf freenery which provides certain freshness even during hot days. Beach is one of the best I've experienced in Croatia (and I've been spending my summers in Croatia 20+ years) due to great combo of cobble stone and sand. Resting area provides you with options from sunbathing to shade and heavy shade - depending on what you like. We booked apartment for 4, which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which gives you enough space and there is no waiting line for bath. All in one, I loved it - beautiful location, great accommodation and friendly staff. Don't look more - especially if you're travelling with kids!

The air-conditioned mobile home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower and a kitchen. Guests can make meals in the kitchen that features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. EVERYTHING! Very helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent facilities - particularly everything related to children - our kids loved all the playgrounds and entertainment programs. Accommodation - very new and well kept. Beaches are also very nice and clean with sun beds/shades. You have everything you need at the camp (food stores, restaurants with different types of food, activities) for a reasonable price - there are also big supermarkets/stores in neighboring villages. Very pet friendly - excellent dog beaches located in the camp!

Everything was as described and we had a lovely holiday. The hause is very big and so was the terrace. Kitchen could use more counter space but otherwise it was well stocked.

Really nice, clean and comfortable accomodation :) It’s situated close the beach, bar, restaurant and the shop. You can leave you car in front of the house directly. Nice place for vacay with friends or family with childrens. Communication was super fine. I really appreciate it.

Guests will have a special experience as this mobile home features a hot tub. Staying in the Seaya house was really a magical experience. It has a stunning sea view from the terrace and it's just a few steps away from the beach. We also had access to a paddle board, which was incredibly convenient, and we had so much fun on the water. But what truly impressed us was, what we experienced upon arrival. The place was filled with many little details that gave this place a special charm. We really enjoyed grilling and evening soaking in the jacuzzi. Great company and an amazing place made this short vacation really unforgettable. I also have to give a special thanks to the owners as well. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, always available for advice and information, which made exploring the surroundings and finding culinary experiences much easier. This place definitely exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to others seeking an unforgettable seaside getaway.
