The setting is idyllic, the accomodation completely in keeping with the environment yet all comforts are considered and the room and bathroom spotlessly clean.... and a wonderfully comfortable bed in which to fall asleep in listening to the gurgling river. They booked a safari for me and took care of all the arrangements. The food was delicious and the people could not have been more welcoming, kind and considerate. I travel a lot and this place is one of my best 'finds'.

These spacious tents are not located in the Fort premises but in the camp 40 km away at the foot of private sand dunes. Very unique place, absolutely stunning. Staying inside the fort is very special, like taking part in a movie. You are above the town, out of the hassle but able to see it. Hotel is decorated beautifully, very clean and service is so friendly. Rooftop is the best in India I dare say. We stayed four nights and we would have loved to stay longer. Vanu-ji (I hope I got it right) was very helpful as were everyone else. We took half day (afternoon to late evening) tour to the desert and enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed scenic beauty with bonfire 🔥 and comfy rooms. Host Narendra was very cooperative, u can see snow from here. Will visit again.
