The whole accommodation is in a wonderful location with views over the coast, the ocean and vesuv. My tent and bed were very comfortable and there was even a cold outdoor shower next to my tent which I loved. The owners are wonderful people and are creating something very special there. Our stay at Bella Baia was unforgettable, exceeding far beyond our expectations. The campsite is gorgeous, clean, and calm. The site is full of lemon trees with the most amazing views of Amalfi including access to a beautiful private beach. The staff is so kind and happy-they were so helpful with our luggage and transportation questions. The tents and bathrooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The restaurant on the campsite was exceptional; we ate several delicious meals made by the chef, Alessio, who was so kind and became a great friend of ours during our stay! We stayed in a "Tent Dodome" and really enjoyed it. It is important to note that the tent is small but I actually really liked that. It was clean and included two fans which have charging units. Besides the big, comfy mattress, the tent was big enough to keep our carry-on backpacks in them. The view from our tent (ocean and Sorrento) was amazing and it had trees around it, which made for a more "private" feel. Our tent was a 2 minute walk from the showers / bathroom building which was always extremely clean and had great showers, hair dryers, etc. The facility also has basically everything you need on-site. There is a grocery store with a lot of options and a restaurant. Being that almost all beaches in Sorrento cost money, it was a huge perk to have private beach and pool access included in our stay. The location is about a 10 minute drive away from the actual city of Sorrento, but there is a shuttle that take you there and back every 30 minutes for 2 Euros (can only be paid in cash), which was great. Overall, great place and absolutely worth the money to explore a beautiful city like Sorrento.
