If you do, people will learn about this hidden gem and it will be more and more difficult to get a place there. * The property is located in a vineyard and you can actually see the plants, the tools, barrels, etc. For a city person this is definitely interesting and confirmed the authenticity of the place; * Next house is few hundred meters away so there is nothing but quietness and space around you; * Free parking; * Pool - we didn't use it (November) but I bet it's quite tempting during the summer; * The rooms are clean. Everything is well organized and nothing ruins your feeling of grandma's-room-coziness. The way they hid the kitchenette is awesome! * Breakfast is not rich, but I think it's enough. Coffee is really good; * Dinner was also great. Try the risotto or the cheese. They are on our "to return" list.

Wonderful place to stay close to nature! We stayed at this guesthouse during our trip to Parco Naturale Alpi Marittime and absolutely loved it! The house is surrounded by a large green area — perfect for relaxing. There's convenient and free parking, a grill we used for a barbecue, and a lovely garden table where we enjoyed our meals. All the main hiking trails are very close — just about 10–15 minutes away by car. The hosts provided us with a detailed map and gave great recommendations on which routes to take, considering we only had one full day. Their advice made all the difference! The nature in the park is simply stunning. We visited both a sunny valley, where it was warm enough to sunbathe, and a mountain lake that was still partially frozen. There were also many waterfalls along the way — a truly magical experience. Breakfast at the guesthouse was simple, tasty, and very reasonably priced: coffee, toast, jam, and a delicious homemade pie baked fresh each morning by the host. The house and the garden are full of charming details — beautiful paintings, handcrafted wooden items, and decorative pieces that create a warm and cozy atmosphere. You can tell the hosts have put a lot of heart into the place. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for your hospitality ❤️

This air-conditioned tent is comprised of a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a private bathroom as well as a terrace with garden views. The unit has 1 bed. So clean and quiet and tranquil. The pool is amazing for kids, it has a soft bottom and lots of shallow area to play in. The food at the restaurants is good. The store and laundry are convenient and our kids loved the play ground. You can walk into the town of Feriolo. It's a very pretty area. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

The pool with a view and sauna are the standout features of this mobile home. Immersed in nature, this well-equipped tourist village hosts a canoeing school. Wonderful place in peaceful valley. Beautiful scenery around. Our chalet was clean and well furnished, all the facilities are modern and well maintained. Owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. We went rafting with them and rented e-bikes, all was great.
