The provided BBQ dinner was delicious as well as the breakfast (which was different both days of or stay). A beautiful peaceful place in Japan. Easy to access via public transport. We took a direct bus from Okayama Station to the Marine Hote (takes about 90 mins and costs 1000 Japanese yen) l and walked along the water for 5 or so minutes. Staff had limited English but used a translation device to communicate so no issues with communication. There's a bar on site to order drinks. Perfect stay for a family of 4 (we had two kids ages 2.5 and 4.5 years old) At night the staff also sets up a bonfire for you!
