The tent was spacious and high, the toilets were clean, the food was divine, and the customer service おもてなし was impeccable. I was exhausted from work, stressed, jaded by city life, eating poorly and sleeping badly. I am so grateful to unwind in such a gorgeous location surrounded by nature and kindness. I recommend bringing crocks or sturdy slip-on outdoor shoes, especially for the toilet. I also suggest bringing earplugs if you wake easily to bird noise. I also recommend the venison stew, the cassis orange, and the apple pie. To the company, I know hot water is provided in a thermos but I would definitely rent a mini kettle if you had one available. All in all, a fantastic experience especially after two awful group camping trips. ありがとうございました！

The location is remote but easily reachable, the tent was clean and comfy complete with all the amenities you can think of and more. For us the main highlight was the staff. They went above and beyond for us. They can speak English and supported us from arrival to departure. They provided fireworks and marshmallows for the campfire and even drove us to the closest supermarket to help with our grocery shopping. They didn't have to, but they did. So absolutely 10/10, would recommend.

We are a family of four with two teenage children and whilst it was tight, we enjoyed some relaxing time in nature. The ONSEN on the deck was the highlight. There is not much to do In the small town so this is a great place if you need a rest! The BBQ dinner was amazing (note you do cook for yourself).

Good facilities. Reasonable price. We eat in the restaurant. The food was marvellous and beautifully presented.
