Providing free toiletries, this tent includes a shared bathroom with a hairdryer and slippers. Really convenient location for those hiking the Nakasendo trail. I didn't realize it at the time of booking, but the trail runs right through the campground. We had a lot of fun cooking dinner and breakfast. The setup makes it really convenient to just do the fun parts of cooking, and cleanup is really easy as well in the main lodge. The tents are very spacious and have heaters incase it gets cold at night. Additionally, our tent had a great view which overlooked the valley and mountains.

This family room features a kitchenware, CD player and electric kettle. Free WiFi access is available. Such a cool place to stay, playful house, stocked with a full kitchen, do spacious. The perfect place.

This mobile home comprises 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. Hotel Soyokaze is a 5-minute ride from the Hakuba Valley and 2.6 km from JR Hakuba... I stayed for three nights. Thank you Kata for your hospitality. The hotel is very clean and tidy, with many plants, which makes it feel very fresh and elegant. The room is spacious and tidy, and the hot spring is very comfortable. I will come again next year.

The place is magical — tucked away in the forest by a stream, yet only 30 minutes from Matsumoto Castle. It’s the perfect base to explore the region while being immersed in beautiful nature. The owners who manage the resort are the kindest people, offering warm hospitality and lots of personal touches. They even surprised our kids with lovely gifts! The tents are stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Each one comes with a private onsen and sauna, which we enjoyed every day. The food is phenomenal: delicious, fresh, and served in very generous portions. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly — it’s a gem we’ll definitely return to!

We went in winter but they had great heating so not feeling cold at all! The barbecue and breakfast are wonderful with free coffee beans you can choose from to hand made your coffee from scratch. The staff are very polite and hospital, taking great care of us

This tent features air conditioning, sofa and spa bath. Offering a garden and lake view, Glamprook Iizuna is situated in Iizuna, 15 km from Zenkoji Temple and 17 km from Nagano Station. The yurts were fantastic and very comfortable .

Situated in Yamanouchi, 4.6 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park, Hotel&Resort Yamanouchi Hills features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Super easy to find, a short walk from the station. There were free pastries and drinks available on arrival. Later on, there seemed to be free alcoholic drinks and snacks available in the dining room. It was help yourself with no staff in sight...unless I misunderstood something?!? The hotel and room had a great view of the town and surrounding mountains and was easy to reach from both the snow monkey park and Nagano. The room was very large and futon beds were comfortable. We also tried the onsen, which was great and completely empty! We tried to gave dinner there but were told we had to have reserved ahead of time. Not sure how we would have done that.
