However, I highly recommend opting for the boat ride—it's a much smoother and faster alternative. Once you arrive, the place is perfect for unwinding. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. It’s the ideal place to relax and escape, with every detail contributing to a truly memorable experience. If you are planning on going, i recommend minimum 2 nights.

Akumal Natura is set in Akumal, 1.7 km from the Akumal Bay. The hotel is located in the jungle and has a sun terrace and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. I LOVED this place! So beautiful in nature, surrounded by trees, plants and animals. The cenote is beautiful where you can swim. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast that is included is simple but nice! You are secluded from nearby places but they provide bikes which is nice to tour around. I really didn’t want to leave this magical place!!
