Private parking area and good wifi are also available for the guests. About 15 minutes drive from nice restaurants and walking distance from beautiful trails. This place is even better than in the pictures. Perfect for romantic and relaxing escape.

There's a great place to eat and drink (O Barracão), just 10 mins walk from the cabin, and it's only 20 minutes drive from Funchal (we had a rental car, but I believe there's a bus stop nearby too). It felt like a little home away from home, bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent and the little kitchenette had a stove top, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Our host was wonderful, very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

It is equipped with everything you need and the bed is sooo confortable. The staff is also very kind and always available. From the park you can do a 2-3h walk to Pico Areeiro- we did it for sunrise and was moderate level. We would definitely come back in the future!!
