The owners have done an amazing job in opening this camping site this summer, it's beautiful! I stayed at Makeeda camping from July, until autumn, on and off. For me now, there is no question about choosing any other camping site while at the seaside in Romania. I've never stayed in a tent before, so I was nervous about this, because it was far out of my comfort zone, but it turned out to be a fantastic experience overall, one that I will never forget. This camping is at a 10min walk from the beach and shops area, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the facilities there exactly like in the photos. I loved the design for the shower cabins & toilets, and all the decorations added tastefully to complete the esthetic of the place, vibing with that Vama Veche feeling. Georgiana and Stefan, the owners, have been beyond wonderful to me. They are truly amazing people, professional and involved 100% in what they do, fun to be around with, and so kind and caring. They have raised the bar for hospitality. I don't think I have ever left a place I stayed in while I travelled, where at the end of the stay I felt so grateful to the owners for the experience. Fantastic people! So if you want to feel what Vama Veche should feel like, choose Makeeda, definitely, even if you travel alone or with a group of friends. Makeeda is your homebase for amazing sunsets, making new friends, going out for parties, trying good food at the beach side, good people, refreshing sunrises, all you need for a perfect summer getaway.

I really liked the size of the tent and the clean bathrooms as well as the kindness and flexibility of the host regards to checkout. Kitchen seemd to have all you need but didn't use it, and nice lounge space with shade.

I had some hesitations prior to my stay in regards to the noise with the locations proximity to bars and clubs aswell as heat during the evening but these posed no issue at all and I was pleasantly surprised.

A unidade tem 2 camas. Relax by the Sea Camping fica em Costinesti, Constanţa County, a 33 km de Praça Ovidiu, e oferece acomodações com Wi-Fi grátis, churrasqueira, um jardim e estacionamento... Freking everything! The stay, location, amenities and THE HOST is the best I had in the whole of Romania trip. Fully fuctioning kitchen, good toilets and hangout spaces with massive barbecue grill corner with good smoke control. In Google maps it might look bit scary and feels like outskirts but its the best location once you arrive. 1km to all party and happening places so you sleep in peace when you come back without the noise and vibration. 250 meters to beach and Its completely safe and friendly environment. I highly recommend for all solo, couple and family and friends groups.

The pool with a view is the standout feature of this tent. This air-conditioned tent is comprised of a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom as well as a terrace with sea views. The place is very cosy, watching the sea from the window was magical. Everything was perfect here! I want to come back here again.

We loved everything, from location which is very close to the beautiful Tuzla beach, the facilities of the property with everything you need and different relaxing areas, the food prepared by host which was excellent (the best mussels and hamsii! 🤗) and the vibe. The hosts were very friendly. So, it was a perfect gateaway place to enjoy and relax during the weekend. We would love to come back soon.
