My kids had fun in the hot tubs and pools, kitchen was fully equipped. The trees makes the camp feel like a forest, thank you to the owners for always popping by.

Felt like an wealthy adventurer :) staff was great, hut was so cozy and comfy and for me it was the little things that make me want to back. Welcoming drink, chocolate on the bed, cute little mini bar and amazing breakfast. Amidst nature but in comfort! Will definitely be back!

We played volleyball, swam and kayaked in the river with late night braais and early morning birding

Situated in Botrivier and only 38 km from Mt Hebron Nature Reserve, Southern Yurts features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi... We loved our stay here. The forest yurt was right in the middle of nature and with lots of privacy, but it also felt super luxurious with the separate living area, hot tub, pizza oven, brai and other amenities. The unit was really well equipped for self catering and we purchased the pizza basket which was so well stocked with 2 pizzas, so many toppings and some chocolate & crisps. Loved the wood fired hot tub too!

This is the perfect spot for an off-the-beaten-track, close-to-nature experience. The accommodation in glamping tents is very comfortable and each tent has an amazing view of valleys and mountains. We loved the small finishing touches in the tent. The shared kitchen and BBQ area are very well equiped. A real highlight of our stay was the walk through the indigenous forest and neighbouring nature reserve. Our hosts, Hilary and Andrew, could not have been more welcoming or informative!

What an incredible place - 10/10 recommend. Family friendly, plenty of fun for kids and adults. The staff were a delight, the spa was wonderful and the food AMAZING. What a gem!
