Very friendly and welcoming! The hotel was very nice and I was impressed. Even when leaving for a flight before their breakfast they send me off with a collection of what I would have been able to get.

I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough. I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. This 4-star all-inclusive resort is situated in the centre of Soho Square, it offers access to the private sands of White Knight Beach. The location. The facilities, the food, the service. Everything was pretty perfect

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Soho Square, making it very convenient. The staff overall were friendly and pleasant throughout. I’d also like to give special thanks to Ashraf, who was very proactive and helpful by the pool, always ensuring we had what we needed, and Mostafa at the pool bar as well for his nice smile and great service! Thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Just a 5-minute walk from Soho Square, this beachfront hotel features a lagoon-style infinity pool overlooking the Red Sea, a full-size soccer field in Sharm el-Sheikh. Very nice territory, green and spacious, beautiful infinity pool (it was very cold in December). I was really lucky to be upgraded for a room with sea view. I also think in this part of the hotel, the rooms are a bit newer, my parents had a bit more tired room in the other end. A lot of food, a lot of choice, I just cannot understand anyone who complaints about the choice. Every day they had some new topic, for example, Asian, and then made some kind of variation of rolls and Beijing duck, not really authentic but I appreciated the effort. There was some fish, but yes, no seafood only for additional pay. But it was impossible not to find something that one would like, also vegetarian options and special options for diabetics. Always lots of fruits and vegetables. We also walked to the sport hotel nearby and checked dinner there for a change, they had outside grill. I am not so keen on animation but I also participated in some Latina dances, Pilates and step aerobics. There was a show every evening that also did not repeat for the time I was there. The gym very spacious and also ok-ish equipped, I enjoyed it.
