Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi ble oppgraderte å fikk et stort flott rom med utsikt over Gerdasjøen, og gratis inngang til spafasilitetene som vi fikk prøvd og likte veldig godt. Testet også ut skjønnhetssalongen hvor jeg fikk lagt flotte negler. Vi kunne gjerne tenkt oss en natt til på returen på vår gjennom reise i Italia, men vi var siste dagen før hotellet stengte ned for sesongen å fikk derfor ikke mulighet for å dra innom igjen på returen.
