An aparthotel where I felt right at home. The breakfast was wonderful; the lady who prepared it, in particular, was incredibly cheerful and energetic. I am happy to have stayed at a reliable establishment where I felt a warm, family-like atmosphere each morning. I needed a refund because I cut my trip short; the professional receptionists handled the matter easily, and my refund was processed without any issues. Thank you so very much.

The female staff member, Louis, was very attentive and friendly, and the Turkish gentleman was also very helpful. I had booked more rooms than necessary via Booking.com, and they assisted me with the refund. I had stayed at the Ritz-Carlton by the sea last year, but there is no need to spend that much money; you can stay here and use their beach, plus this hotel’s pool was delightful and the natural surroundings were beautiful.
