The breakfast was delicious, with great quality and variety. We would especially like to highlight Masum from housekeeping. He was always available, fulfilled every request with care and professionalism, regularly checked how we were doing, and was kind, respectful, and never intrusive. At the same time, he radiated a strong sense of security and reliability—someone you could always count on. At the reception, Domingo was equally outstanding. He made all the check-out procedures smooth and effortless, even though we initially thought they might be complicated due to the flight timetable. Overall, the staff is truly exceptional, going far beyond expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool area is very comfortable, and everything is focused on guest comfort. In addition, the location allows easy access to the main attractions. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would happily return.
