We enjoyed as well the room service with great dining options. The staff were helpful and always available. Highly recommended!

The staff truly went above and beyond, but one person who stood out was Manal in the Front Office during the night shift. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were truly impressive. She made sure everything was perfect and was always available to help. The hotel's facilities and services were top-notch, but it's the staff that really makes the difference. Manal is a credit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend her to anyone staying at the Fairmont Riyadh. 5-star service deserves 5-star reviews.
