This farmhouse offers a spa area, horse riding, a petting zoo, and a large swimming pond. A cross-country ski run starts right outside. Kössen is 3 km away, and the centre of Schwendt is 2 km away. Everything, the nocturn walk through the woods with Glühwein and kinderpunch for the kids around the fire at the end was a nice touch! Thanks to Herr Ballberger for organizing this. The swimming pool, for parents and children with the wasserspielplatz for them. The farm with the animals....

BIO- Bauernhof Obermaurach has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Walchsee, 34 km from Casino Kitzbuhel. Gyönyörű festői tájon helyezkedik el a szálláshely. Távol minden zajforrástól. Ilyen nyugalmat és csendet nem mostanában tapasztaltunk. A rohanó , zajos világból ide menekültünk pár napra kikapcsolódni, feltöltődni. Egy álom volt. A szállásadó család rendkívül barátságos, kedves, segítőkész. Gyerekkorom kellemes élményeit idézte elő, amikor ideérkeztünk. Finom házi tej, friss pékárut is lehetett igényelni, ami reggel az ajtóban várt ránk. Tiszta szívből ajánlom mindenkinek! Egy kis ékszerdoboz az egész miliő.

These large apartments in Walchsee village are 900 metres from Lake Walchsee and 1 km from the Moarhof Golf Course. They have a south-facing balcony overlooking the Kaisergebirge Mountains. It was one of the best, or rather the superior holiday experience in Europe. Аs a rule, even in excellent apartments something is missing - in bedding, kitchen utensils etc. In Bergheim FeWo we had everything required without a single omission plus washing machine, dishwasher and infrared sauna. Our kind hostess even took care to provide a little things sometimes necessary like the repellent device and clothing repair kit! Аnd on top of all - an incomparable view from the balcony… Vielen Dank, Frau Simone!!!

Apartments Tirolerhaus is located in Kössen in the Tyrol Region, 2.2 km from Unterberghornbahn. The accommodation is fitted with a seating area. A refrigerator and kettle are also offered. The pension itself and the surrounding area is very beautiful. Great views of the mountains around. The skiing conditions were not that great at Christmas time so we had to travel where to snow was. Luckily within 30 min there are plenty of options. The apartment was warm, comfortable, clean and the kitchen fully equipped. Even had a chance to use the in-house sauna. That was amazing!!!

The family-run Hüttwirt in Kössen offers homemade products and en-suite rooms with mountain views. The free ski bus to the Hochkössen Ski Area stops in front of the house. This is a nice hotel with a good breakfast close to the paragliding landing field. BUT Johanna, the lovely woman that runs the hotel was extremely helpful in many ways. I had some friends arrive unexpectedly and despite being full Johanna managed to fit them in for one night and then find them a room with a friend of hers after that. I cannot recommend her, and the hotel highly enough.

The newly renovated Hotel Das Walchsee is an perfect mixture of traditional and modern style with the typical Tyrolian charme. Free WiFi is provided in the entire hotel. Nice location, great spa, pool and massage, good choice of wines at the bar and very friendly staff (we also had a very nice conversation with the manager)

Offering panoramic views of the Zahmer Kaiser Mountain, Hotel Garni Tirol is just 2 km from Walchsee. The free ski bus to the Kössen-Unterberg Ski Area stops 200 metres away. Very nice place and super nice people

This 4-star hotel is located 2 km from the centre of Walchsee and 2.5 km from Lake Walchsee. It offers a private 9-hole golf course, a natural swimming pond, and free WiFi. Sauna area was great, breakfast awesome
