The staff were extremely friendly and proactive. I have a lactose intolerance and they provided options that were lactose free and explained everything. The room was cleaned daily and the food selection was really good.

Very helpful stuff, we were offered prosecco as welcome drink when arriving and coffee to go when we checked out. The room is spacious, clean and stylish, coupled with a lovely inner garden.

Very clean hotel and the staff members are super friendly and helpful! The location was great, just by the main cable car going up the mountain. The breakfast was good and the restaurant dishes exceptional.

Built in 1897 in the Art Nouveau style, the Erika is one of the most traditional and renowned hotels in Kitzbühel and is just a 3-minute drive away from the Hahnenkamm Cable Car. The hotel super clean,comfortable and the staf are very helpful and friendly.I loved Erika.
