I arrived late so they left the keys at the entrance with some really nice notes on paper - I felt immediately like home. In the morning I left early but I got a coffee and some cookies even the restaurant was not yet open. This is what I call the highest level of customer care! Not a luxury hotel but I felt more valued than in any fancy hotel I was guest. It’s a place where I would go back!

This is the best thing that happened to us in Austria. After 2 days in Vienna, it was a breath of fresh air. When we arrived, Roman was already there to welcome us. He showed us around his property. The house is located in a very picturesque place on a hill near the Danube. The house is very cozy and comfortable, the rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable, and the pillows and blankets are excellent. It has everything you need. Roman and Sabina are incredibly charming and kind people. They made sure we were never bored, and during our stay, we experienced many activities we could only dream of: we walked through forests and fields, fed sheep and llamas, climbed a mountain stream, and ate fruits right from the trees. Our children picked flowers and then made soap with Sabina. We are very happy that we stayed with Roman and Sabina. They will forever remain in our hearts ❤️ and we always want to return there.

We loved everything about this place because first of all it was not a typical place to stay at when you travel and rent an apartment or house. This place is in a very old 750-year-old house with original stone floor and walls and the wood! If you like places like this then you will like it because you enjoy the feeling of being in this place. We traveled during the winter so we needed the fireplace which we had to put the wood in to keep the house warm. There were heaters there of course, but the fireplace adds it's charm as nothing compares to the real fire. The place had everything we needed to keep us comfortable. The kitchen had a coffee machine with a supply of coffee. There was a washing machine as well. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this house and it was a unique experience being there. The host, Michael was very nice and came to greet us upon arrival and showed us around the house. Thank you!
