Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Bernerhof, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We had the added bonus of a lovely balcony where we could enjoy breathtaking sunrises between the mountains. The location couldn't be better—just a 1-minute walk to Interlaken Ost, and with supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring Interlaken. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay!

This carefully renovated 4-star hotel next to the Japanese Gardens dates back to the 14th century. The rooms at Hotel Interlaken offer free wired and wireless internet access, cable TV, a safe, and a work desk. We lost our passports, cash and cards on the train when we reached Interlaken, however the hotel still allowed us to check in with our passport electronic copies and didn’t require us to pay a deposit. The hotel reception staffs were very helpful and showed us how to get to the police station and constantly checking on us to see if we are good. Thumbs up for the hotel and staffs!

We had a wonderful stay at Modern City Apartments in Interlaken. The building is brand new and strategically located near several supermarkets and great restaurants. It’s just a short walk from both Jungfraustrasse bus stop and Interlaken West train station, which made getting around very convenient.The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well equipped, truly a perfect base for exploring the region. A special thank you to Bettina and Thomas for their outstanding hospitality! Bettina was incredibly welcoming and flexible during both check-in and check-out. She also took the time to share excellent recommendations for local activities, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment itself was beautifully maintained and well-equipped with everything we needed, plus a few extra touches. The large windows offered lovely views, and the outdoor blinds were a great feature, completely blocking out light for sleeping in or for added privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, though that’s to be expected in Switzerland. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area made it easy for us to prepare and enjoy meals together, which added to the cozy, home-like feel of the apartment.
