Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. Удобное расположение: можно быстро добраться до станций Interlaken West и Ost. Я приехал раньше времени, и меня сразу заселили, а также сразу выдали карту для проезда на локальных автобусах. Также на нижнем этаже расположен ресторан с вкусной едой и отличными официантами, говорящими на множестве языков. Особенно хотелось бы отметить Руи, который смог найти мне свободное место, когда я пришёл в ресторан в час пик, и после еды порекомендовал вкусный десерт.

Located in the heart of Interlaken, Hotel Interlaken is just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre and the Eastern Train Station. We have stayed at Hotel Interlaken before and will definitely do so again. The location is super, within walking distance to Interlaken Ost station. Lovely rooms and friendly and helpful staff.

Thomas kept in constant contact prior to the check-in and was at the office when I arrived. Helped us with the check-in process with clear explanations on things to note. There is a lift so we did not have to carry our luggage up flights of stairs! The unit we booked (2-bedroom apartment with balcony) had everything for our family of 4. Living room/dining area and bedrooms were cosy. The washer + tumble dryer came with 2 complementary wash pods, we bought more for ourselves from the nearby Coop supermarket. Overall no complaints during our 3 nights here! Very satisfied, will book again for future visits!

I cannot express how much I am grateful to find this place! This apartment was just chef's kiss to our already amazing Switzerland experience. I would 100 percent recommend and very willing to come back again. 1. Clear check in/out instruction: Host provided a clear instruction on check in prior to our visitation. He even provided a video on how to open main doors and obtain keys. I was traveling with elder parents and it was dark and cold. Because of the clear instruction, we successfully checked in without a single issue. Check out guideline was also on the wall in the kitchen. We followed as instructed and left without any hustle 2. Very clean and tidy 3. Heater: All heaters were working and kept us warm from Interlaken's cold weather. We turned them off when we are getting out for the day and turn them back on when we come back. It warmed the room pretty quickly. And also helped drying our small laundry items super fast! 4. Location: It was less than 5 min walk from both grocery market and the train/bus stations. Host even provided us with the interlaken pass where we can ride Yellow bus and some trains within interlaken for free! So we had no proble using public transportation around to explore the city. We fell in love with the city and this place was part of the BIG reason we fell in love. I will definitely come back here again during my next trip to Switzerland!

He is so helpful and cooperative. We checked in early and we left for the local sightseeing and when we were back all our luggage was already put up in the room which was on the 2nd floor. The facilities and the food stuff available in the apartment was more than expected. The apartment had all the things that is generally available in our own house. Location is also very close to the West station (350m) The view from the balcony was perfect and we could see Mt Jungfraujoch from there.
