A big big plus is that they are one of the very few in the region that accepts pets. The exceptionally friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more memorable.

El Hotel Allegra está situado en el centro de Pontresina y ofrece acceso directo al Bellavita Spa Centre, que cuenta con piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to respond to questions and help us out. The rooms were really comfortable and had excellent bathrooms. They had emailed us before to find out the configuration of the rooms so it was great to find that our kids had a twin bedroom and not a double that often happens. You get a pass for the local transport with the hotel which was fantastic so we could travel around on the buses for free. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for us to choose from. The hotel has access via its own underground tunnel to the local swimming pool with a fantastic outside heated pool. It wasn't too busy when we were there and a real treat for us and our daughter. They even arranged a free shuttle bus to the station on our last day which was brilliant.
