Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Hotel was generaly clean and cosy and hotel staff was friendly. We had good time with two kids and did not feel any discomfort, as we were 4 persons in the room.

A good hotel with a history in a wonderful and peaceful city. Clean room and good breakfast. The smell of soap in the bathroom was incredible!!!

Superou as nossas expetativas. Fomos recebidos com a maior simpatia pela manager que por cortesia e oportunidade nos levou ao apartamento. A sensação imediata foi que estamos em casa. Eu irei recomendar SEMPRE esta estadia a todos que pensem em estar em Luzern. Tudo o que precisamos está à disposição (excepto azeite), não sentimos falta de absolutamente nada. 3 recursos de supermercados, cafés, lojas, bares, restaurantes, etc. A sala de estar é enorme, o quarto é igualmente generoso e tem acesso a duas casas de banho. A nossa viagem a 3 (filho de 1 ano) ficou marcada pela positiva pela experiência que tivemos aqui. Convenientemente perto (5 minutos) da estação central de comboios e a 12 minutos da popular ponte de Luzern. Fico embaixador para sempre desta experiência. Grato por vos ter conhecido.

Charming Studio near Rotsee Lucerne Kitchen, WiFi, Washing machine fica no distrito de Ebikon, em Lucerna. The property was very clean and had updated appliances. No bad smell. The beds were comfortable. It sits in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. The host was very kind and gave us valuable information for our very brief 2-day stay for sightseeing. In those 2 days we were able to see everything we needed to see on our own : Titlis, Jungfraujoch and Matterhorn. We would have spent almost $3000 on the tour agencies (as we have originally planned) had the host/owner not give us great information based on his personal knowledge and experience.

O hotel é muito calmo, excelente para ter uma boa noite de descanso. Tem uma vista linda quando está bom tempo, o staff é muito simpático. O quarto é gigante e super confortável com uma varanda ótima.

I have never stayed at a cleaner hotel—everything was absolutely spotless. The location is beautiful , and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils you might need. Additionally, they offered a delicious wine for purchase, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The place was perfect, and it couldn’t have been done better!

Christian was a great host, easy to communicate with and had everything in the apartment that we needed. The location was great to view all the sights in the city.
