Hoci ubytovanie nebolo úplne v centre, do centra bola autom pristupnosť ľahká a rýchla. Správca bol veľmi prívetivý a napomocný, aj keď sa stala chyba (chýbalo 3. lôžko) správca vyriešil problém do 30 minút. Terasa bola vynikajúca, priestranná a vonku pri dome bola možnosť grilovania. Po príchode na miesto nás čakalo na kuchynskej linke jedlo pre prípad núdze (špagety a paradajková omáčka)

The place was very clean and very welcoming. We appreciated that the heating was turned on when we arrived and also that it was available for the duration of the stay. The bed was very comfy. The lake is also at a 10 minute walk from the property and it's a nice spot to visit. We found a small park at the edge of it. The fact that we had a locked garage for our car was very much appreciated and eliminated the anxiety for finding parking. Excellent host also. We arrived kinda late and the host was available to answer our questions even at the late hour. Thank you for giving us an awesome experience.

The atmosphere of the place, the character, the decorum. We were transported to the world of Wes Anderson and Paolo Sorrentino. Never have I been so compelled to put on a suit for an evening walk after checking in to a hotel.

The hotel was cozy and superb in every aspect. the staff were very kind and welcoming. the room was big enough and clean, not to mention the beautiful view of lake Zürich from the balcony. breakfast was fresh and diverse Room service was fast The hotel provided us everything we need for our child to make us comfortable I would definitely recommend staying at Alex Lake hotel. For me, Alex Lake will be my first choice whenever i am visiting Zürich again

Beautiful decor which made us feel like home. We are family of 6. Apartment has 3 individual bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All amenities are present for a comfortable stay. The host Mr. Loch is very responsive. We locked ourselves out by forgetting garage key in car. We called the host and received immediate help.
