A very friendly, helpful man on reception. Super location - peaceful in beautiful gardens, but very easy to get into Lindau centre by bus (bus stop very near the hotel and buses free of charge for hotel guests). 3 minutes walk from the lake and a beautiful lakeside park. Excellent breakfast. Lounge for guests with a great choice of drinks to help yourself to at any time (pay on checking out). Clean, modern room. It was a really pleasant stay.

Excellent service - went a step above, great location. Very comfortable room. Extensive breakfast option overlooking the Danube. The attentive service reinforced the reasons why I choose to stay at a hotel while travelling.
