This family-run bed and breakfast hotel is located directly on the Moselle with a view of the Reichsburg castle. It’s cozy, very familiar and beautiful. We especially liked the grape details on the building. The staff was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. There was also the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time.

What we loved most was the feeling that the whole "castle" belonged just to us. The peace, comfort, and warm ambiance made our stay unforgettable. The apartment is very close to the river, with different hiking spots around the region of Trier. You can go further south to the Luxemburgisch border to visit some canyons. The apartment itself is clean and comes with floor heating everywhere which is so lovely in winter! The ceiling is very high, so it ensures good ventilation and air quality. Most importantly, the apartment owners are friendly to pets. We brought our own cushion for our pet and she loves sleeping in the new apartment.
