Classic Danish North Sea beach hotel. Beautiful setting on a high hill with views of the sea. Getting to the beach is a long walk (we drove our car). Great hiking in forests and grass covered dunes close by. Loved walking through the hotel's very large garden area where they grow a lot of their own food for their restaurant. Also many nice enclosed sitting areas in the garden. This hotel is best for people who enjoy walking and biking, nature in general, home-grown food. Rooms and hotel in general were very clean.

Featuring inner courtyard views, Havrevang, Ferielejligheder provides accommodation with patio, around 1.6 km from Lonstrup Beach. We liked the private parking spots next to the room. The room was spacy, we could use a grill... I would recommend it to anybody.

The location is spot on. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The dinner is great and the breakfast is amazing - quality over quantity. The rooms are nicely done with comfortable bathroom, nice bed and balcony! They also include a surprisingly nice stocked minibar complimentary in the room rate. This is our second visit over the past 12 months and the hotel is only getting better - great management and colleagues running this hotel.

This is what I want every hotel to be like. There was a well-equipped kitchen (eating out every day while traveling is tough on the wallet and the waistline); a separate living room (so you aren't always sitting on the hotel bed); a clean, spacious bathroom; and a comfortable bed. Walkable to the beach. We'd definitely stay again. I'd recommend an upper unit.

Boasting a patio with city views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Villa Vendel B&B can be found in Løkken, close to Lokken Beach and 14 km from Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse. Everything was perfect, the staff were super friendly. The location was great, close to everything. The breakfast was really something.. I REALLY recommend getting the breakfast, which also was very fairly priced (imo.). Our room had a little balcony, a table and a big bed. There were also some possibilities to make your own food, and also a little fridge to store whatever you need.

Set just 600 metres from Sæby North Beach, Svalereden Strand Camping Rooms features accommodation in Sæby with access to a terrace, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. I loved the area. We were able to do so much without a car. We rented bikes and visited the Jensen strawberry farm, Frederikshavn, took a bus to Farup Sommerland, and ate at Highway 69. The staff was so helpful! They helped my daughter and I find all the right buses so that we could get to Farup. All in all, we had a memorable week in Denmark.
