Situated 15 km from Balmoral Castle, Ailsa- Enchanting Tiny House with wood burner and hot tub in Cairngorms features accommodation in Ballater with access to a hot tub. House was extraordinarily cute with an amazing view. All the info was very easily laid out and the house was super clean. The wood stove was all set up for us upon arrival and worked very well. Hot tub was incredible after a long day of hiking in the Cairmgorns and was very easy to use singlehandedly. Kitchen was well stocked.

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Craggan is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Ballater, 16 km from Balmoral Castle. Louise and Martin are the quintessential hosts! Our stay there was on our first night in Scotland, after a very long day of travel. They warmly met us as we got out of the car, which was such a nice welcome! Small things like that are so nice! And once you try Louise's baked goods, you will not want to leave:) ... Over the top breakfast! Truly the perfect hosts, in a magical setting (with lots of chatting sheep!).

Cabin was clean and warm. Location was good as many things to do within driving distance. Would definitely recommend it. Perfect if you're looking for somewhere to base yourself. Going up ladder for top bed good for older kids.

The owners were so friendly and the cabin was amazing, it provided everything that you need. We also got a little welcome basket to get us started for the first day. Would definitely come back here.😊
