We were met by the host and given a quick tour but, had she not been available, the keys were in a lock box and there was a list of need to know information in the lounge waiting for us. The river view was great and it was relaxing to watch the swans and ducks on the river. If I need to return to the area, this will be my go to place to stay as it really was lovely.
