Located in Folkestone and only 3.4 km from Eurotunnel UK, Beachborough Park provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. We chose this place for location to the tunnel and the pro-dog attitude. And its truly great for both. The room was comfy and clean and staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Set in the grounds of the spectacular Leeds Castle in Kent, this property offers a free entry to the castle (subject to availabilities) and its grounds as part of their stay. Our 2 night stay at Leeds Castle B&B was the highlight of our trip in Kent. Our room was clean, comfortable and featured a beautiful Japanese inspired decor with a lovely jade green colour scheme that was most pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was fabulous - in addition to a continental breakfast buffet with a hearty spread of cereals, pastries and toast, there were four cooked breakfast options. We tried all 4 options over 2 days and found each one delicious. For those seated outdoors, there is a glorious unblocked view of the castle - little wonder that this is known as "Castle View Restaurant"! The best thing of our stay however, was that it was inclusive of admission to the gorgeous Leeds Castle - we devoted an entire day to exploring the main castle building and its sprawling grounds, and enjoying the various activities it had to offer. Overall, our stay was great value for money and I would highly recommend this to anyone!

The Patch Bed and Breakfast features quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Kent, 10 km from Ightham Mote. What a great B & B! We stayed in Room 1 and it was huge. Beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and lovely White Company bedding. So many quality touches. An excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and cooked to order. Evelyn was a super host.

Everything is very stylish and functional. It’s a pleasure to be in such an atmosphere. There is a car park nearby — HARBOURSIDE CAR PARK — with reasonable rates (though spaces are limited).

Set in Dymchurch in the Kent region and Eurotunnel UK reachable within 15 km, Newbeach Holiday Park - Greenfields offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, a private beach area and... The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and had a well equipped kitchen. The lounge was spacious and the dining area was roomy enough for 4 adults to sit at.

Set in Kent and only 2.1 km from Whitstable Beach, The Whitstable, Tankerton Bolt Hole - Double Room & Ensuite offers accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking. Kind abd caring host, was very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Situated within 200 metres of The Bay Beach and 7.4 km of Granville Theatre, Old Town House, Margate features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Margate. Very cosy room with large comfy bed and excellent hot shower. Location meant that good restaurants were literally next door or within 10 min walk. And breakfast/brunch was easily sorted due to the many cafes nearby. Great tv options needed on winter nights with Netflix, iPlayer, and many other options. Had difficulty with heating when we arrived on a very cold day, so I texted the owner and he promptly responded. He turned heating on remotely and turned up later to check that all was OK. So although there is no staff on site, you knew there was someone to help as necessary.

Located in Royal Tunbridge Wells and only 18 km from Hever Castle, The Beacon provides accommodation with lake views, free WiFi and free private parking. Spectacular landscape views, there are cute small walks accessible from the property. Delicious cocktails and the chef clearly puts in special effort, the food was excellent. The included breakfast on the balcony was delightful. She we had places to go, we would have loved to stay longer.
