Beautiful setting by the water, beautiful village with its wonderful ‘follies’ (the buildings) and the hotel and rooms are all lovely. The two restaurants are excellent too. It’s the perfect ‘treat’! We also love to watch The Prisoner on the tv when there to take in the 60s vibe and culture and see the buildings as they were used.

Historic Setting: Hiraeth Homestay xxx in Llangollen is housed in a recently renovated historic building. Deb is an excellent hostess. The accommodation is homely and inviting. It felt like I was visiting a friend. Deb thinks of all the little touches to make your stay complete. The lavendar scented room and the view of Deb's lovely garden make breakfast by the window a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended. Thank you Deb.
