We stayed as 3 guests for 3 nights at Effi’s apartment complex. The apartment exceeded our expectations - it was so clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. the apartment has a large balcony, stunning views, and above all, Effi’s amazing hospitality, taking care of everything from the smallest detail to the biggest. Highly recommended!

Situated in Neos Marmaras, a few steps from Paradisos Beach, HOTEL BARA features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We felt like at home here, everything was perfect.

The location is great, very close to the beach, 1-2 minutes walking distance, restaurants really close, the closest is 1 minute away. The area is quiet, the apartment and facilities are very well maintained.

Situated in Paralia Dionysiou, 200 metres from Dyonisou Beach, Maria Apartments features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and a tour desk. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. These apartments were absolutely wonderful — even better than I expected from the photos! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the sea, with a beautiful beach that we really enjoyed. Our children (7 and 8 years old) were thrilled — it was just ideal for them. They even went by themselves across the street to a lovely little café with ice cream, which they loved. The beach is so close that we could go back and forth as often as we liked. The apartment itself had absolutely everything we needed — and even more. It was cozy, very well thought out, and clearly prepared with care. You can immediately see that the hostess understands perfectly what guests might need. The kitchen was fully equipped — we didn’t need to buy anything extra. A special thank you to the hosts for this! There is a good shop just around the corner, and another one a bit further away where the Greek owners and shop assistants even spoke Russian. The apartment hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, spoke good English, and the gentleman also spoke excellent German — very helpful for those who may not know English. Right downstairs there is a wonderful café for breakfast, where you can also get a nice, inexpensive lunch — a perfect option for those who prefer not to cook, as you can just go downstairs and enjoy a full family meal. We truly loved our stay and will definitely come back again — hopefully more than once!

Before booking here, tourists should carefully research the location and facilities. This is to avoid all kinds of mean comments afterwards. The Naias villa offers apartments of different sizes at very good and friendly prices, but above all it offers IMPECCABLE CLEANING, comfort, coziness and peace (this also depends on the neighbors staying at the same time, of course). As a plus, I also mention the location, because you are 5 minutes walking distance from the shopping area, restaurants, bars, etc. We thank Thanassis' family for their impeccable service, kindness and help, and we hope to see you again soon!

House Mistral sijaitsee 300 metrin päässä Neos Marmaraksen keskustasta ja tarjoaa itsepalvelumajoitusta omalla parvekkeella ja ilmaisella Wi-Fi:llä. Mr. Manos was an excellent host. The view from our room was amazing.

Just 75 metres from Paradisos Beach and 1 km from Neos Marmaras village, Star Paradise Hotel is surrounded by a garden with BBQ facilities. Free WiFi is available in public areas. What a beautiful place!! Gorgeous garden & pool, close to beach.. booked for one night, but it was so nice I stayed another night!!

Sweet Home sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Chalkidikín Neos Marmaraksessa 500 metrin päässä rannalta. Really lovely place. Hosts are very kind and hospitable. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed every other day. Bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and fresh, and every day they change it a bit. It is mostly a quiet street and the sound between rooms seems to be very well insulated (or we were just lucky to have quiet neighbors? :) We felt very welcomed and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Neos Marmaras.
