Facing the beachfront, Hotel Aria offers 4-star accommodation in Podstrana and features a terrace, restaurant and bar. The price during low season (5-7 March 2025) is AWESOME! It is 25 minutes drive from The Old Town Split/Riva, but it didn't bother us at all since we were renting a car, you get the ocean view with balcony. And because it was a low season, you'll get the beach for yourself. The staffs are awesome! they treated us great, everyone was smiling, their services were like if you traveling to Indonesia/Philippines islands (very positive and excellent).. The room is in great vibes, great size and tidy.. We got nothing to complain, it is exactly like in their pictures.. There is a convenience store right across the street to get a bottle of water or snacks.. we didn't use their wifi, so we can't judge it well.. The restaurant is cheaper than any other places in Split, yet their foods are tasteful.. try the octopus! Since we came during low season, expect slow nights, everything is closed after 6pm..

Featuring garden views, Empress apartment features accommodation with balcony, around 2.4 km from Znjan Beach. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. It really is perfect. Not far away from bus station, free underground parking, super good communication with the host, fast wifi and 4 minutes walk to supermarket

Set in Komolac, 8.6 km from Orlando Column and 8.7 km from Ploce Gate, Dubrovnik house - Leni offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. The accommodation was absolutely perfect – very clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area, just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop that takes you straight to Pile Gate (the main entrance to Dubrovnik Old Town). Parking is on the street, but you'll always find a spot, and the neighborhood feels completely safe. Our host was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with lots of useful tips about what to visit, including information about the Dubrovnik Pass (which includes free public transport and entrance to the city walls and museums). The apartment was fully equipped with everything you might need, even for cooking – it truly felt like a fully functioning home away from home. As a lovely bonus, there’s also a very affectionate cat that made our stay even more charming. If we ever return to Dubrovnik, we would definitely love to stay here again!

ToMaDi Residence offers accommodation within 500 metres of the centre of Split, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a stovetop and a minibar. The studio is beautiful, tastefully furnished, modern, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean—with a washing machine, which is great for longer stays. Check-in was easy with the code we received. The shared inner courtyard is lovely and shady, a perfect spot to sit even during a heatwave. The old town is just a short walk away, and the walk itself through the stone alleyways is charming. We arrived by motorbike, so parking right in front of the house wasn’t a problem. For those coming by car, finding a spot directly in front might require some luck. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!

Featuring mountain views, Beach Apartments Vlado provides accommodation with patio, around 300 metres from Lavica Beach. We absolutely loved staying here! The host is amazing, and the whole team! They were understanding, responsive, friendly and available all the time for all questions we had. The apartment is clean, a lot of towels, sun beds are available (but you need to bring them to the beach, which is completely fair). The property has a great location, the nearby beach is very nice and clean and the city is a ride away - you can have the best of both worlds.

Featuring a private beach area and views of sea, Luxury Apartments Silva with sea view is a recently renovated aparthotel located in Trogir, 1.3 km from Copacabana Beach. We stayed in the property with 4 adults between 2-4 Aug, 2024 and had an amazing time. The host was very welcoming, we even got a bottle of wine. The apartment is amazing, a living room with an open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between and a huge balcony with access to a separate room with a view for the jacuzzi that we used every day. The swimming pool outside was also great and the beach was just a block away reachable within 1 minute walk. Actually the whole coast in the area is an open beach. You can swim pretty much everywhere. There are some good restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and a lot more possibilities if you walk a bit more. Trogir is approx. 10 minutes away by car.

In the Znjan district of Split, close to Znjan Beach, Eol Apartments Split has pool with a view and a washing machine. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. Amazing location with a fantastic view of the sea. The apartment was excellent at one of the best locations outside of Split.
