First, the staff. Each person we encountered from front desk, to room maintenance to the restaurant is warm, helpful and hospitable. 2) This hotel is VERY CLEAN! When hotels are this clean I know everyone takes pride in their place of work. It was sparkling clean. 3) The restaurant. Don't sleep on the dinner here. We had the most delicious, fresh fish dinners. Also, the Croatian wine was very good 4). Location - excellent location to walk on the Podstrana promenade. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants AND beaches. 5) Our family room with four adults and two tweens was spacious and the beds comfortable. We had a sea view from one bedroom that was spectacular.

This is the best location every, directly by the sea. The facilities are modern, clean and beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic. All employees are wonderful and helpful. Bonus points for the adorable cat that lives on the property!

I loved the location of the property, it was amazing. 5 mins walk to mall of split, around 10 minutes from the centre. I would recommend to everyone. Rooms were as shown really clean and spacious. The host was really amazing aswell she was always there if we asked questions and accommodating. 5 stars from me and my family.

We liked the top part of double-storey apartment. Good communication and clear instructions from the host. Great price/performance ratio... Great for couples.

The apartment is quite new, close to beach for a walk, bus stop in front to go to town, restaurants and grocery shops just across the road. Nice and quiet at night. Good parking in front.

Less than 5 minute walk from the beach, the old town and the market. The studio is very bright, clean and modern. Our host was very responsive and flexible, and provided us with great recommendations for transportation, restaurants and local attractions. Both, my daughter and I truly enjoyed the stay.

We stayed in the property with 4 adults between 2-4 Aug, 2024 and had an amazing time. The host was very welcoming, we even got a bottle of wine. The apartment is amazing, a living room with an open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between and a huge balcony with access to a separate room with a view for the jacuzzi that we used every day. The swimming pool outside was also great and the beach was just a block away reachable within 1 minute walk. Actually the whole coast in the area is an open beach. You can swim pretty much everywhere. There are some good restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and a lot more possibilities if you walk a bit more. Trogir is approx. 10 minutes away by car.
