Service was truly unmatched here. Faisal and Fauzan were always at the entrance door to help with anything we need. Luggage already loaded into the taxi on our way to the airport and all we have to do is sit and enjoy.

The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is located in the Golden Triangle at Jalan Sudirman. The hotel offers free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations. Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.

Although my trip started with an unfortunate incident—my phone was stolen on the first day—the hotel staff immediately went above and beyond to support me. Melanie and Stephanie from the reception team personally helped me purchase a new phone, assisted with the SIM card process, and even helped me recover my data. Nikodemus not only arranged transportation and handled security matters with great care, but also kindly invited me to the 26th floor to ease the stress of the situation. His assistance, even during my departure, was truly remarkable. The professionalism and warmth of the entire team, from the lobby and security staff to the restaurant personnel, made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The restaurant deserves special praise—the food and service were exceptional. On top of that, the gym and pool facilities are among the finest I have encountered, even when compared with top 5-star hotels worldwide. Given that my company works closely with WSBK and Formula 1, I am often evaluating hotels globally, and this property stands out as one of the very best. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality, impeccable organization, and heartfelt care. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my colleagues and collaborators, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Set in Jakarta, Gold Coast PIK Premium Sea View Apartments offers a terrace with lake and river views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Property was very cozy! It was very clean and smelled very nice. I also liked the little details in everyday life that you usually do just for yourself. I definitely recommend staying at this place. It's a shame we only found this place for one day.
