The host was super attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Everything was really well organized from check-in to check-out, and the stay booklet explained everything clearly. The location is great—close to the airport, with malls and supermarkets just a short walk away. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had a lovely balcony with an amazing sea view overlooking Linggi Bridge. Everything was perfect, and we had a great stay! Will visit again :)

Everyone was kind and accommodating, and I had the best time! If I visit Jakarta again, I would love to stay at this hotel everyday!!!

Located right in the heart of Jakarta and a 2-minute walk from Senayan Golf Course, Faimont Jakarta offers modern and luxurious city getaway with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi access in all... Staff were absolutely amazing. The whole stay was great and peaceful and catered to the comfort I needed. Location was also great as it is close to two malls and many other recreational areas. I stayed at Fairmont to attend a concert nearby and it was very convenient, I only needed to walk a few minutes to get there.

The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is located in the Golden Triangle at Jalan Sudirman. The hotel offers free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. The world class service, everything was high end and luxurious. Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. They literally took care of everything for me. There are no minuses

Surrounded by multinational corporate offices, embassies, luxury shopping malls, and stately residences, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan offers a prime location within the Kuningan business... room was quite spacious. the staff was super helpful always with a smile in the face.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The room is very spacious and spotlessly clean. Truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The stay was perfect after 22h of traveling! The staff was amazing, the roomservice was great and the views are mindblowing! Everything was clean and the breakfast was fresh and tastefull.
