Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. They literally took care of everything for me. There are no minuses

The shopping mall and area have lots of food and transport links. The swimming pool was also clean and big. Host responded well. Would highly recommend.
