This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities you would expect in a high end hotel. The views out our room of the golf course were lovely. The included breakfast was a typical European buffet with all the variety you would expect. The hotel is not really near anything, so you are going there to enjoy that property. And there is much to enjoy. We wished we could have stayed there longer.

In 1,300 acres of country estate, the luxurious Farnham Estate Spa and Golf Resort has a spa with an outdoor infinity pool, forest walkways and an 18-hole golf course. Cavan Town is 3 km away. Beautiful setting. Our room was spacious and so comfortable. It was a relaxing night away. We had a 3 course meal in Maxwells Grill which was 10/10- the fillet steak and fishcake I would highly recommend. We also had some fab cocktails afterwards. Orla working on reception was so welcoming- a ray of sunshine who made us both smile.

Helen was an excellent host, very kind, always ensuring everything was to our taste and needs, and keeping on top of everything.

Was the perfect stay for me.. Angela, Eugene and Max the dog very friendly and welcoming.. I was given tea and scone when I arrived, which was great.. Had to come back late after wedding but that was no problem.. Very clean and I slept really well... Huge breakfast next morning, so was all set for the day ahead.. Couldn't recommend enough.. Thank you...

Where do I even start? If I could give more than five stars, I’d happily break the rating system. We came up to Cavan for our wedding and were simply hoping to find a place big enough for us, our bridal party, and our fur babies (who, as always, insisted on coming as honorary guests). My expectations were… modest, to say the least. And then we arrived. From the moment we parked outside and opened the front door, we just stood there in awe. The house was stunning — fully stocked, spotless, and somehow managed to feel both luxurious and like a warm hug. The vibe suited us perfectly; it was like the house took one look at our personalities and said, “Yep, I got you.” There was so much space for everyone to spread out, yet we still ended up spending our nights gathered around the table playing card games, laughing way too loudly, and creating the kind of memories I’ll hold onto forever. I would 1000% stay here again. Honestly, this might be the only place we ever book in Cavan from now on. It didn’t just meet our expectations — it packed them into a suitcase, carried them upstairs, and tucked them into a beautifully made bed.

Em Bailieborough, The Cottage Bailieborough Cavan oferece jardim, Wi-Fi grátis, uma cozinha compartilhada e um lounge compartilhado. This cottage was simply perfect. Wonderfully built, spectacularly clean and exceedingly comfy. The owners went above and way beyond to make us feel like home. Cozy living room, comfortable beds, and a nice kitchen. And it has coffee maker, something that not every Irish rental seems to have! There's a little convenience store just up the road, and a larger supermarket about 5 minutes away. If you are looking for a central location in Ireland to drive to all the sights, you'd be hard pressed to find better. I'm keeping this one on my favorites list; I might have to book this one again.

Bernard’s Logcabins é uma acomodação em Ballyconnell com jardim, terraço e churrasqueira. Location is peaceful and unique. The cabin is lovely and makes for a good relaxing break. There is no Internet or signal for phone coverage, Not a bad thing. Just need to be prepared. Beds comfortable and place nice and warm, even though it was freezing outside. The host is friendly and communates well ahead of visit.
