Sarah was a spectacular hostess, she went above and beyond for sure. We arrived to fresh brown bread, jams and all the makings for crisp sandwiches! Sarah also had some fresh fruits, milk and other bits. Everything was absolutely flawless, the kitchen and baths were well stocked, just such an adorable place. We loved all the special touches, and Sarah was so responsive through our trip. We will absolutely be visiting again!

Offering a shared lounge and quiet street view, Caravogue House is located in Trim, 1 km from Trim Castle and 13 km from Hill of Ward. The host was super accommodating for my stay. Was arriving later than usual check in due to work and they made sure I could get in and settled with no effort needed. Showers are really really good and bed was so comfortable.

Situated 5.5 km from Slane Castle, 7.2 km from Navan Race Course and 7.8 km from Hill of Slane, Nick & Sandra's features accommodation located in Slane. Homely appartment / house with all necessary facilities. Nice rural location and close to Bru na Boinne. Sandra made us feel very welcome and left a full package of goodies for breakfast plus a few more which were very appreciated. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. Felt like a home from home and if plans had allowed we would have stayed longer.

Very friendly and helpful owners, absolutely beautiful house and interiors, great books and fabulous breakfast.

Boasting garden views, Knightsbrook Guesthouse features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 2.2 km from Trim Castle. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The beds were really comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring Trim and the surrounding area

Situated in Slane, in a historic building, 4.8 km from Dowth, Townley Hall Apartments is an apartment with a garden and barbecue facilities. The apartments are in the country, surrounded by forests and a bucolic field of cows. Absolutely lovely. It’s helpful to have a car.

An elegant 18th century property set in the historic town of Trim, Highfield House Guesthouse offers all guests free Wi-Fi access. The house was rustic, exceptionally well presentex and inviting. Bed was very comfortable, however pillows were weighted and heavy.

Property was beautiful An hour drive from Dublin perfect setting- gotta get out of the city - this is the perfect spot The accommodations were fantastic and both our hosts were terrific!! We will definitely be back - this was the kids favourite spot other than ashford castle!!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Skryne Castle features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. This country house offers free private parking and a shared kitchen. The castle was absolutely beautiful – spotless and well-kept. The host was very friendly, quick to respond, and even helped us arrange transportation to and from the castle. It’s definitely a place I would recommend for groups! The cows and horses nearby added to the charming, countryside atmosphere. Everything worked perfectly, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The area was very peaceful and quiet – a wonderful stay overall!

Set in Navan and only 200 metres from Hill of Tara, Tara Vista Apartment offers accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking. Tara Vista was the perfect place to stay for a week. We absolutely enjoyed the spacious holiday home, which was spotlessly clean, had very comfortable beds, was equipped with everything you could need and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. With “Maguires” just across the road, who serves delicious and good quality food and the Hill of Tara visible from our kitchen window, we couldn’t have asked for more. But the best of all was Mary, our host. She made us feel at home, looked after us when we got sick, picked us up from the bus stop, always had a good advice for our daily tours, provided really delicious homemade scones and was incredibly friendly.
