My stay at La Dimora del Re was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. The room was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and offered a lovely blend of modern comfort and traditional Italian charm. Breakfast was a light pastry, biscuit and coffee/water, which was perfect to start you off on your day. The location couldn’t be better — a short walk to the Pastena Salerno train station that could get you into the centre of Salerno in just 7 minutes (for €2), the seafront, and plenty of great restaurants. It was the perfect base to explore Salerno. Salerno was also the perfect base to explore other areas of Italy, such as Amalfi Coast, Naples and even Rome! What really stood out was the attention to detail and personal touch in everything — from the thoughtful recommendations to the spotless presentation. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
