One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely warm and helpful, service was immaculate and the meals were fantastic! We were so pampered. Everything about the hotel is thoughtful and aimed at providing a perfect experience. It is also very near to the Kronplatz ski slope.

Perfect stay for our ski vacation into Madonna di Campiglio area! The room was spotless clean, comfortable, bed was great! Quiet, peaceful and beautiful property but still easy accessible with near restaurants, grocery stores. We enjoyed our breakfast every day and having access to the shared kitchen was a great plus. It was a great pleasure to meet our host Erika a person full of energy and joy and we'll miss our morning conversations.

The hotel is fully self check-in, no staff, which was new to me. You enter the house using your phone like a card. which makes me wonder what someone with an older phone, or someone who doesn't have that function would do. Anyway everything worked perfectly (despite my initial hesitation), the room was spacious and comfortable. It wasn't the cheapest, but given the location its understandable

The overall hotel is beautiful. Maybe just a little more decor can make it more cosy, especially for winter days. The food was plenty and delicious, especially I appreciated the care for gluten and lactose free options at breakfast. During the New Years eve dinner they prepared special meal for me due to my allergies, highly appreciated (as in other 5 star hotels sometimes they dont care). We had the best tasting ever veal with truffles dish. Friendly staff, free parking, nice saunas, everything provided (bathrobes etc). We really appreciated that the owner was present most of times, interacting with the guests- a very nice gentleman, caring for his guests. Not to forget that the road trip to the hotel and all area is absolutely beautiful.
