Everything was great, the hotel is very clean & close to all nice areas in Rome, great wifi service as well. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Rome. The staff team is great & very professional especially Mr. Mohammed.

We loved having the use of the kitchen and living room. Very comfortable bed and shower facilities. Our host was a great communicator and met us in person to show us the amenities. We had a very peaceful night here on the Via Francigena

It is an oasis outside of Rome which we loved to head back to after a day sightseeing in Rome. The pool is amazing. We stayed in a pool apartment which was great to have loungers and chairs just outside our apartment door. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, Roberta was fantastic as were all the staff who we met. They were brilliant at giving us tips and also arranging transport to the train station and local restaurants Some reviews have mentioned you have to have a car but we didn’t and found it fine as the hotel has a free shuttle to train station in morning and then it’s a 15 minute train into central Rome. The hotel are happy to arrange transport to local restaurants and also Uber also works well so although a car would be helpful it’s definitely fine without one. For us staying outside of Rome worked brilliantly to allow us to have a fantastic pool to enjoy after sightseeing

The location is perfect (near the metro station - A Line is the main, the all attraction is available). The reality is better, then the photos: the flat is amazing, big and well-designed. The terrace is quiet and cosy, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are well separeted. Angelo is the best host: kind and very helpful. The best accomodation then I ever been.
