Everything was simply great, from the friendly staff at the check-in, the room size, cleanness, the breakfast and staff at the dining room, the concierge. The only caveat is that in Dec the room AC is set to warm the room, Since it was not that cold, we need air and therefore slept with windows open, which was a bit noisy in the morning hours.

We loved having the use of the kitchen and living room. Very comfortable bed and shower facilities. Our host was a great communicator and met us in person to show us the amenities. We had a very peaceful night here on the Via Francigena

It was perfect! Everything was high quality- sheets, towels, etc.. Hot water with good pressure. Bathroom stocked with anything needed. Mini-fridge. Staff was so friendly, especially since I showed up 15 minutes after making the reservation. I woke to a beautiful sunrise over the peaceful landscape around the property. I will be returning for a longer stay.

He offered us two wine bottles and gave us some advice about how and what to visit in Roma. The apartment was very good, even better than the photos. Actually I think we should have paid more because it's totally worth it. The bed was very comfy. The neighbors was nice too. The decoration was very nice too. Apparently Angelo did the painting by himself, he did a really good job Everything was perfect
