A recently renovated property, Jazz e Cioccolato GuestHouse free parking in città is situated in Perugia near San Severo Church - Perugia, Perugia Train Station and Corso Vannucci. Really well decorated, comfortable beds, helpful and welcoming host! Stefania provided several recommendations for restaurants in the area. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the apartment to Old Town Perugia, the escalators are very helpful and the way back is all down hill.

Nico the host is a welcoming and charming person. He help us to find the nice places around and very helpful for every questions we had. The place was exceptional clean and very comfortable. The location on the top of the hill with an amazing view and a great veranda makes the vacation perfect. We stayed there for 6 days and all we can say that we are going to come back.

Located in Castiglione del Lago, Il Torrione offers beachfront accommodation 48 km from Piazza Grande and features various facilities, such as a garden and a shared lounge. This is an amazing B&B. Monica is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble. It was a pleasure to meet her. The views of the lake from the lovely garden are even better than in the photos. We had a lovely, quiet and comfortable room. A delicious breakfast in the garden was such a treat. It is in a great position in the old town. We are so pleased that we chose this B&B.
