The owner and his girlfriend are awesome. I arrived on new year's day, the buses were all on a different schedule but he patiently waited for my (too early) arrival and let me check in before check-in time so i could explore the onsen in the area (which he tipped me about). When he found out that the early bus would not be early enough the next day for me to catch my train and the taxi company would not take a reservation, he took it upon himself to drive me to the station way too early the next morning. The night itself was fun as well, he explained a lot about food and drinks and had some Shouchu with me and the other guests. He is a super experienced traveller himself as well so he knows what people need in a guesthouse! And I didn't even mention how cool the place looked if you're into anime (or even if you're not). And you can buy cool souvenirs which he makes himself! 10/10, i only feel bad I was not able to stay longer. Arigatou gozaimasu!!

Je hebt je eigen onsen met uitzicht over Beppu. Dit is fantastisch. Inrichting is echt supermooi oogt wel koud. Maar past bij het hart van m’n vriendin. Ook de service en behulpzaamheid was erg zorgvuldig en goed. Super goed gegeten ook, sukiyaki in het zusterhotel er naast. Ook de kunst in het hotel maakt het authentiek.

Zowel WiFi als privéparkeren is bij de luxe tent gratis toegankelijk.... We loved everything about our stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough for our family of 5. The tub on the porch was amazing. Grilling out on our front porch was very fun and the heaters made it nice and warm even in winter. We enjoyed morning yoga, fire pit s'mores and the free drinks and mocktails from the garden kitchen. There is an incredible park within walking distance. So much fun!

The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the hells of beppu attraction. The buffet (dinner and breakfast) were fantastic. Love the beef steak and the buffet spread. Services by the restaurant crew was fantastic too! The rooms were spacious and the layout was well thought out. The best experience was this particular counter staff. I forgot to note down his name but I really would like to compliment his good service! He was so helpful in giving us the direction to the bus stop and bus time schedule. He personally walked us out of the hotel premise to show us where the location of bus stop. He is what I called service beyond expectation!!

Ikkoten bevindt zich in Yufu, op 50 km van Oita Bank Dome, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een gedeelde lounge. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very original architecture and interior designs.

SEKIYA RESORT Terrace Midoubaru is located a 15-minute drive from JR Beppu Station and boasts guestrooms with a semi open-air bath. Guests can soak in the hot spring bath. Prachtige ligging, geweldig uitzicht over Beppu. Echt een prachtige kamer met heerlijk bad. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! En het diner en ontbijt waren een geweldige Japanse smaakbeleving.
