Riad Fes Ziyat & Spa tem uma piscina exterior, jardim, um salão partilhado e terraço em Fez. This road was amazing and there was a lot to love about it. It was in the perfect location to explore the Medina (10 min easy walk) while also being a 2 minute walk to the main road to grab a taxi. The inside was lovely and very intricate in the details. The room was perfect and the air conditioning worked almost too well as we had to turn the temperature up because it was too cold. We ate dinner at the riad both nights and it was perfect. The harirra soup and chicken pastilla were sooooo good. The breakfast was very big with so many amazing local options. The pool was so refreshing after a sweaty day in the Medina and we enjoyed it so much. But I have to say the best part of this riad is Khalid, he did absolutely everything and more for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. He made the stay perfect. He was there all day working so hard, serving breakfast, dinner, helping with pool towels, carrying luggage to the room, grabbing a taxi for us and giving us a smile everytime we entered. We didn’t speak much French or Arabic and he didn’t speak much English but we made it work. If we come back to fes, we will come back just to see him again. Thank you.

O quarto era grande, pé direito altíssimo e lindo. Valeu muito a pena escolher esta suíte e pagar um pouco a mais. A equipe do hotel foi impecável, principalmente a gerente, realmente um tratamento de rei.

Wonderful stay, great hospitality and service. Welcome tea was much needed after getting caught in a downpour. Clean, comfortable, spacious room- as described. Pictures were accurate so no nasty surprises. It was only a short visit but appreciated Mouad and Mounir messaging during the day to check we were ok. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The team went the extra mile to ensure we were able to have breakfast before we caught an early train back. Highly recommend. Would happily return.
